Booking Facts

Barns Green Players have moved to an online booking system which is where possible cashless.

1. This gives people the choice to book seats at any time.
2. It means BGP do not delay booking of seats it can be done at a click of button
3. No more printed tickets, you get an E-ticket and email.
5. We do not need to keep any financial information at any time. All financial information is handled on PayPal on their secure pages. This allows customers to pay in a number of ways.

Plays

The hall layout for our plays is BGP very popular round table format where guests are invited to bring their own food if you would like to. There will be a Licensed Bar serving drinks between 7.00pm and 8.00pm and then in the interval.

Doors normally open at 7.00pm with the performance starting at 8.00pm

Pantomimes and full hall

The hall layout is in theatre style with around 180 seats available. We generally stage a matinee performance on the Saturday afternoon. There will be a Licensed Bar serving drinks between 1.30pm and 2.00pm for a matinee performance and again in the internal, for an evening performance drinks would be served between 7.00pm and 7.30pm and again in the interval. Most performances start at 2.00pm or 7.30pm.
